I have been a lawyer since 1993. I have significant experience in all aspects of public policy. I have recently re-opened my law firm to focus solely on litigation for consumer rights. I am based in Salem but I practice all over the State of Oregon.
In addition, I am a registered lobbyist with 20 years of experience in the Oregon Legislature. I am available to take session only lobbying clients who are advocating for positions consistent with my legal practice for the next legislative session.
